Regional Sales Directors - New England / Florida
A Regional Sales Director will be required to prospect mortgage brokers/lenders
who are interested in ARG InterActive's online marketing solutions. this position
will require a strong understanding of the residential mortgage brokerage industry
and mortgage lending industry and how ARG InterActive's products and services can
help its customers. A successful candidate will possess strong sales ability prospecting
and closing business, have excellent communication skills and an ability to juggle
many details.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Make contact with mortgage companies, banks and credit unions that
are interested in ARG InterActive's products and services.
- Successfully implement a needs analysis, solution selling technique
to discover a prospects "pain" and craft a solution incorporating ARG InterActive's
online marketing products.
- Close business and work with IT department on customer setup and software
implementations
Minimum 3 years experience selling to the financial services industry or retail
or wholesale residential mortgage origination sales. Excellent problem-solving skills,
PC skills and experience with the Internet. Strong communication, interpersonal
and organizational skills required. ARG InterActive is a very entrepreneurial company,
seeking motivated, creative, self-starters who can work independently and have superb
follow-up skills.
